What are build tools?

These are some neat tools that allow you to enter some information and get back a built out page or component containing the information.

Why aren't there build tools for every component?

The build tools are for pieces of the site that get added very frequently. An example of something that a build tool would be useful for is hybrid circles. These get added very often, so having an easy way to generate them can speed up this process significantly.
